About Us

Outhouse Radio is the brainchild of 30 year broadcasting veteran Al Lockwood.  Al began his career at 18 years old working as a board-op for Mix 94.1 FM in Franklin, NH.  After his family moved to PA in 1990, Al continued working in radio as morning show co-host and eventually host at Sunny 106 in DuBois, PA.  After 13 years with Sunny 106, Al moved onto Program Director with Renda Radio in Punxsutawney.  In 2020, after becoming disabled, Al created Outhouse Radio to keep his love of broadcasting alive.
